More about Lindsay
WHO I AM I have been in real estate since 2013 initially starting my career as an assistant to Anne Porter, where I established a solid grounding and developed a keen interest... in the industry. I became the Newlands agent for Rawson Properties after a year in operation and won numerous awards as my brand grew. In 2018 I made the move to Keller Williams Realty maintaining a dominant market share in Newlands for 2021 and selling, along with my team, a total of 39 houses in the Southern Suburbs worth just over R160mil.   I have an unconditional love for animals, involving myself with fundraising for TEARS and work as a rescue volunteer for AID specifically in removing animals from being illegally sold on the streets. Rivalling my love for animals comes my passion for matching people to their perfect home. I utilise my flare, enthusiasm, knowledge of the suburb, experience in customer and personal relations to make the clients feel comfortable and confident in entrusting me with their homes.   My success continues in 2022 and I look forward to sharing my results with you in the near future.   SELLER REVIEWS “Lynne and I have looked at your impressive presentation for listing and both feel that you have done a fantastic job in presenting our home.  Steve and his camera is a master of his profession and I shall treasure the pictures.  Please pass on my congratulations. Please list tomorrow and how could any prospective buyer resist the temptation to come and see for themselves.” - John (seller)   “What a nice surprise to receive a super gift from you – thank you very much, and thank you very much too for all that you folk have done for us to sell our house.  You folk have been efficient, helpful, professional and we appreciate that too! Best wishes to both of you, Regards” -  Charmien (seller)   “Speaking from a personal experience point of view, I could not have expected anyone else to have worked harder and more efficiently than this team. They swooped in, took charge and before I could turn around and catch my breath they had fulfilled their mandate and done so much more. Gone in 1 month. Thank you.” – Michael (seller)   “In a bittersweet pandemic twist of events we had to sell our house far sooner than we anticipated when we bought it 4 short years ago. WFH and a new baby shrunk it so suddenly that we barely blinked and realised that we just couldn’t make it work anymore. After 1 lovely agent who couldn’t seal the deal in time and a second agent who may as well not have listed our property at all we got Lindsay on the job and cannot recommend her service enough. Excellent at communicating available to give advice at all times and constantly hustling, we were thrilled but not surprised when she managed to sell for us! Highly recommend this team!” – Cara (seller)   “Thank you for showing so much perseverance in selling our house. We also really appreciate all your extra effort and genuine care and your support in assisting us with matters that we couldn’t do long distance. Your commitment was what we needed to start on the next chapter of our journey – Thank you!” – Jeanri & Leendert (sellers)   “Thank you so so much for the comprehensive valuation. I know it takes a lot of your time and I really appreciate it. It puts a lot of things into perspective for us. We completely agree that waiting a little and then upgrading area (Newlands) is the right approach and makes a lot of sense. Will you please keep us in mind, knowing our requirements, if any properties pop up? We will also be in contact if we do decide to sell in a few years (I know this isn’t really your area but we like you so much) 😊  - Nicolas & Salome (sellers / future buyers)
