More about Neil
After 20 years in the Financial Sector, I decided to change direction 14 years ago to pursue a career in Real Estate, and what a ride it has been. What I have come to... realise about this profession, is that if you love what you do, work hard and continue to study and learn, success is a natural result. Market highs and slumps is a natural cycle in property, hence perseverance and discipline is important to continue unaffected by external challenges. With over 800 property sales, year on year accolades for success including international awards, I was most excited to recently join the Real Estate Company to broaden my portfolio to include Residential Sales, Rentals, Commercial and Industrial. Whilst it seems a lot, I am never too busy to ensure that at the end of the day, my buyers and sellers are the most important - in fact happy enough to return for future business and refer our services. My Business Partner and I relocated from Gauteng 3 years ago to Kloof, where the nickname - The Jozi Boys was jokingly bestowed on us. Perhaps this is apt since we don’t seem to have an “off” button and are continually on the go to assist our valued clients. So if you are looking to buy, sell, rent or rent out – be sure to call the Jozi Boys – Neil or Marko
