About Me

Experience

My passion to become a Real Estate Practitioner began in 1994, where I sold properties in and around the Durban areas and also invested in some. I have more than 30 years of experience, both in the purchasing and sales markets. I was employed by all the major motor industries in the country, which include VWSA, Toyota and the trucking Industries where I was the key negotiator in the procurement department .

Further to my experience in the motor industry, I was employed by Scribante Construction as a Purchasing Manager and key Negotiator in all aspects of the business where I gained more insight into the construction industry. Having joined one of the biggest Real Estate companies in the world, namely Keller Williams Realty, I am able to apply all the skills and expertise I acquired over the years to offer a professional service to all my clients in finding them the best homes, as well as ensuring their properties are sold in the shortest space of time.

Technology

The Forth Industrial Revolution is here, and at Keller Williams the latest technology is at our fingertips. We have all the programmes available at any time to access information about your property and to check all properties sold within your area, which enables us to determine a market related price for your property.

The available Technology makes selling your property so much easier. With over 15 available platforms, over 70 local Keller Williams agents and over 1500 nationally, your property can be sold much quicker.

Expertise

I have expertise in both commercial and residential properties. I will gladly assist clients with their property needs, whether an investment or residential property and readily advise on the best options.

Communication

Clients are free to contact me anytime if they are unsure on any aspects of the process. All clients will be kept updated via their preferred method of communication.

Clients for Life

10% of my business comes from clientele referrals as trust relationships are built with them.

Referrals business is key to our success, both for me and my clients and they know they can readily refer family and friends to me as these will be treated with the same respect and service excellence as they were.

Personal

I am also a Trustee of the Belthsdorp Fernwood Trust, where we assist home buyers with low cost homes for the community. A great accomplishment was the Community Hall we built with sponsored finances.

I have a family of three who are passionate in helping build the community of Port Elizabeth. We have a family tradition, feeding the homeless. We love dancing and our joy is to bring happiness to others.

We believe, there is 3 kinds of people

People that make things happen, people that watch things happening and people that wonder what happened?

We are definitely the people, that make things happen

My Commitment to You

My commitment to all my clients is to offer efficient service at all times, ensuring high quality standards, using technology and all the latest available tools to ensure the best real estate service is offered at all times.
