This offer is exclusive to home loan applications successfully processed through MyProperty Home Loans.
0.8% cash back is paid to you after bond registration and is calculated on a minimum loan value of R100,000 and maximum home loan value of R5,000,000.
The offer applies to home loans registered via ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank or Investec. The following exclusions apply:
- Nedbank private wealth clients will earn a maximum of R4500 in cash back rewards.
- Investec clients will earn a maximum of R1500 cash back rewards.
- This offer is not available to staff members of specific financial institutions.
- The offer excludes home loans which constitutes RDP/low income housing and home loan switches.
- Loans where the immovable property offered as security is predominantly residential in nature or which is not deemed to be residential property by the financial institution.
- Any home loans processed through estate agency partner websites.
- Where the client applied to banks prior to applying through MyProperty.
If MyProperty Home Loans receives compensation from the financial institution under the given circumstances, the consumer will be compensated in a similar manner. Should the institution reduce or deny any commission to MyProperty Home Loans, the consumer's cash back rewards will be adjusted or withheld accordingly.
