Pinetown at a glance

Named after the governor of Natal, Sir Benjamin Pine, forms part of the larger eThekwini municipality. The actual Pinetown area extends from Cowies Hill in the east through to Manors in the west. Pinetown’s Old Main Road (Road (now Josiah Gumede) is jam-packed with car dealership companies, resulting in its affectionate nickname of “motor town”.

Situated between Westville and Kloof, it affords easy access to the N3 (via M13) and N2 (via M19) and it is only a 40-minute drive from King Shaka International Airport and a mere 10 minute from The Pavilion Shopping Centre. Houses for sale in Pinetown allow one to easily commute for work purposes whilst never feeling like you’re locked in a city lifestyle.

Activities in the town vary from outdoor adventures to world-class entertainment venues!
