You will be spoilt for choice as to where to build your house. The farm offers mountainous areas, planes, and ravines.
The ownership is full title, but you will form part of a Farm Owner Association. Levies are R750 per month, and is used to maintain roads, water reticulation and fences.
There are various species of game, birds and reptiles, as well as a unique biosphere of typical karoo veld.
This farm is for nature lovers, and no farming activities, hunting, or commercial activities are allowed.
