Built by the Independent Order of True Templars, a none-denominational Christian Organization that seeks to develop self-reliant societies, unify and empower communities and societies in Southern Africa and beyond by ensuring that the word and Gospel of Christ is proclaimed, and that Templarism is key for a pure relationship with the Holy Trinity.
Based on this foundation the hall played host to many events and entertained many audiences over the past 70 years.

The Hall is well positioned with ample parking space, welcome double doors leading into a foyer, tiled floors, 10x led lights, a stage and 200 seating capacity. It has a kitchen with built-in cupboards, well maintained separate ladies & mens ablution facilities, lots of natural light with 48 large windows in total. The boundary fence is secure, wire mesh and top razor wire.
Since 2005 the hall was managed successfully by Ms. P Williams, who use many of the nearby community members when maintenance, cleaning and preparations are required. This believe and mutual respect lead to pride and a sense of connectivity among the neighbouring residence.
