Self catering accommodation, ideal for small families who loves nature and outdoor activities, including running and cycling. This lovely family home is on the doorstep of the Jonkershoek Valley and several other nature trails. The home is also walking distance to a play park and Lanzerac Estate. Kick your shoes off in this comfortable home and just enjoy the space when you are back home.
Living areas and all bedrooms are north facing, with views unto the lovely enclosed garden. The home is comfortable, with a relaxing vibe, a home away from home. The family cat might come over to greet you from time to time. The kitchen is well equipped, complete with a Smeg stove to cook up a storm for family meals.
The double garage is available for one or two cars or guests' bicycles. There is also parking space in front of the garage in this prime neighbourhood.
Guests will have access to the main house via the garage. The front room (via the front door) and an apartment in the front are closed off and only available for visiting family members.
No spaces are shared and guests have full access to the private back garden.
Other things to note:
The second and third bedrooms have childrens' beds and they are not suitable for heavy adults.
A small shopping centre with a Kwikspar, hair salon, beautician, etc is a short stroll away. Lanzerac wine farm is also within walking distance, where you can enjoy a spa day, their lovely restaurant or wine tasting and walk back home. Even Stellenbosch town centre is less than 2km away. Strand beach and Cape Town International Airport are both about a 30 min drive and Cape Town itself is less than an hours’ drive away.
Only families - no parties allowed. No smoking. Minimum rental is 3 days. No rentals for longer than 90 days.
R1000 exit cleaning fee to apply, to ensure all guests are received by a sparkling clean home away from home.
Interim cleaning is charged at R450 for stays that exceed 12 days. An interim linen change fee of R100/single bed and R200/queen bed applies.
