This site is approximately 1,5ha in size and comes with 10% share in the 2,500ha Makgokolo Private Game Reserve. The reserve neighbours and forms part of the Karongwe Nature Reserve. Makgokolo’s main feature is its exclusivity where owners are accustomed to not coming across other vehicles on game drives.
This site was previously used as a conference centre and the infrastructure can be converted to a spectacular private lodge at modest cost. The infrastructure includes the old conference centre building (112m²), a building with a kitchen, dining area and bathrooms (125m²), a large boma, as well a viewing deck and bar area (60m²).
The private lodge may be utilised by the owner, friends, and family, but no syndications, short-term letting or commercial operations are allowed. Cycling, running, and walking is permitted on the non-big five portion.
Makgokolo has a private airstrip, photography hide and spectacular lookouts and picnic spots.
Water is provided to the various sites via borehole.
