Please note:
*The area has bulk services, but the stand is not yet connected to the water and electricity. Thus you only pay monthly property tax. Once you are ready to start building your home, you can instruct the Kamieberg Local Municipality to connect you to the bulk water and electricity services which will incur a once-off fee. Sewage tanks must be installed by the owner according to standards provided by the municipality which would then be serviced by the municipality.
*As stands here have stood undeveloped for a length of time, it may be necessary to obtain new boundary markings from a local Land Surveyor or obtain exact coordinates.

*Transfer fees of approximately R15 000 payable to the transfer attorney
