Boschhoek Mountain Estate
Described as a Mountainous Amphitheatre, the origin story of Boschhoek Mountain Estate was to create an estate for authentic, small-footprint, bush living. To live in nature with all that it has to offer.

In its last development phase, the 1448 Hectares were divided into 140 stands of one or two Hectares. Owned by like-minded individuals, enough to make financial sense but few enough to allow for a total building footprint of less than half a percent.
Boschhoek Mountain Estate is a game paradise hosting a variety of species, including giraffe, sable, roan, tsessebe, kudu, impala, waterbuck, red hartebeest, eland, nyala, bushbuck, reedbuck, mountain reedbuck, klipspringer, warthog and a host of smaller species.
Buffalo and rhino are purposefully absent, allowing residents to enjoy the estate and walk or cycle throughout.
Boschhoek Mountain Estate is surrounded by private land without direct access to any public road or a major settlement.
There are two access-controlled entrance gates, one at the bottom of the service road and another at the entrance to Boschoek Mountain Estate. The estate boundary lines are fitted with an electrified game fence monitored by a dedicated security company and a full-time estate manager.
All stands are accessible with sedan vehicles suitable for gravel road use. Some game-viewing roads may require high clearance or four-wheel drive vehicles. Electricity
Boschhoek is off the grid with no load shedding and no electricity accounts. Solar systems are installed during construction.
