This unfurnished, thatch roofed home consists of 5 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. There is a wonderfully large kitchen with loads of cupboard space and ample countertop space for the enthusiastic cook as well as a separate laundry. All the rooms in this home are spacious and all lead onto an open plan central living area. Water is borehole and ESKOM is billed for separately and two small dogs are allowed.
Tenants would have access to driving on the reserve, walking, access to the sundowner point and the Olifant’s River. Ndlovumzi Nature Reserve is 35km outside the bustling town of Hoedspruit, gateway to the world renowned Kruger National Park. One could also just choose to relax on the Reserve which has a healthy population of Waterbuck, Kudu, Nyala, Impala, Zebra, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Bushbuck, Duiker and other small antelope species. Numerous bird species abound for the avid birder. Nocturnal species include, Civet Cat, Genet, Porcupine, Aardvark and the allusive Caracal to mention a few.
