We are proud to unveil the first of our show homes, where you will be able to explore the European style building methodology and design of our complete and furnished show house. The development has brought an exciting new eco-friendly concept into South Africa. The innovative design and structure has spiked interest in the new age smart home. This is the first time this type of product has been introduced to the South African market - as an affordable modular home with composite finishes in a housing estate offering prosperity for all with freedom and quality of life for everyone!
The concept of the development has been inspired by our Netherlands Development Group, MaxxLiving. The purpose of this is to introduce a greener way of life by moving completely off the grid and introducing eco-friendly energy methods to sustain a well-maintained estate.
MAXXLIVING homes provide comfort, durability, energy efficiency, and safety. The estate itself is located in one of Gauteng's Department of Human Settlements appointed areas for economic growth. The development site consists of different phases and is divided into neat pockets and layouts with their own characteristics.
The phases currently available to the public to purchase are as follows:

To view our estate and the show units, we recommend a view by appointment arrangement as the site is closed to all buyers during the week while continue to move forward with the build of the houses in phase 1.
Weekend viewing times are Sat/Sun 10am - 4pm, but it is recommended to make an appointment with one of the sales consultants first.
The estate is a complete living environment that will include future planning for retail outlets, boutique stores, service centres, a fuel station, and later on, a school too. The site plan has been laid out to use the natural gradient of the land to maximize the views of the beautiful natural valley and its sunsets.
