Conditions of the contract:

The monthly electrical and water consumption for the month will be equally divided between all the occupants and will be levied additionally to the monthly rent.

A one-off R900 contract fee is payable.
The damage deposit equal to 1.5 months' rent is payable on signing of the contract.
Free internet access will be given to the occupants.
No smoking will be allowed INSIDE the house.
