The main entrance is grand with an infiltration of natural light through large arched windows. The wrought Iron staircase spirals flowingly and is most certainly a feature of true Tuscan style.

During the day, the living room sliding doors open fully. to relax and admire your vineyards and Olive Grove. By nightfall, the fireplace is the beating heart of the living room.

The living room is separate but flows smoothly into the tv room. The tv room opens to a pool-facing loggia (South African equivalent to a porch/patio), and it also leads into the open-plan dining room/kitchen. In true Tuscan taste, a Mural Backsplash is the focal point in this working-size kitchen. Implements are on display and there is no doubt this kitchen is lived-in, well-used, and well-loved. A built-in Pizza Oven seals the deals for a full Italian experience. I can just imagine an evening, enjoying personally harvested Red wine and the last shavings of Pecorino being finished off the cheeseboard whilst family and friends snack on Olives from your Grove. Or waking up to the smell of freshly baked Biscotti di Prato and the familiar smell of coffee brewing throughout the day for a beloved espresso. Rustic Tuscan aromas are simply special.
