This house is located in one of the most tranquil settings not too far from Cape Town. Gloria Cove Eco Estate is one of the few estates along the Theewaterskloof dam and the only completely off-grid estate.
In my opinion this holiday home is a perfect example of simplistic and minimalism. It is completely off grid without compromising luxury or creature comforts we are so used to. The open plan kitchen and living space is extended to the outdoors with stacker doors to the front and back of the house, perfect for the indoor-outdoor living, which is almost a given in a location such as this, with uninterrupted views.
