More about Clint
I'VE SEEN a quarter of THE WORLD, BUT I ALWAYS COME BACK TO THAT ONE PLACE I CALL HOME: PE.

I have enjoyed the great pleasure of living half my life in one of my favourite cities in the world: Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, beautiful parks, cool architecture, Traffic jams? I know......you might be thinking of several exciting world class cities but I truly love this one and I'm proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy and sell PE Real Estate.

I was born and raised in the East London, started and finished my hotel training with Osner resorts and then moved to Cape Town to embark on my first 5 star job experience - Table Bay Hotel with Sun International. I then moved to Sun City resort where I furthered my training in food & beverage. I had the privilege of being exposed to 'The Million Dollar' golf challenge, The Dimension Data Pro Am and various international rock concerts. After a successful term with Sun International, I took on 'Cornuti The Cradle' in Lanseria, Johannesburg. Working with the famous Piero Cararra, I decided to stay with this wonderful brand and spent many years being the operations manager for Cornuti Illovo, spending time at Cornuti Al Mare in Plettenberg Bay, Barbarella Illovo, Charlottes salon de te, Hyde park, Deluxe parktown North. After many magazine features I decided to consult in the industry, assisting struggling restranteurs in creating a streamlined business, maximizing profits and training chefs.

I decided to return to the 5 star properties and i took on Maitre d Hotel of the Westcliff hotel and had the privelage of spending a day with Kate Hudson, I've met Brad Pitt, Oprah Winfrey, Charlize Theron, Krista Allen, Rodriguez, Robbie Williams, Richard Gere and many more. I have many tales to tell.

I have spent time on Benguera Island in Mozambique running the 7 star Azzura resort to Ponta Mimoli white pearl resort to Bongani Mountain Lodge in the Kruger Park where i decided to change my career path. I prayed for a career that will give me as much passion as I had for food and people and i was led to a Top Real Estate Company in Benoni where i was trained by the best in the business. I decided to take a break from Jozi and discovered the beautiful garden route through another popular Real Estate Company in George where i operated out of the number 1 office under the Dynamic guidance of Tim Kirby and Team. Here I learnt a new approach to property through Tim's work Ethic, honor and integrity and soon soured to new heights. I found myself missing the friendly people of "The Bay'' and I returned home to PE.

My very inquisitive nature has been good to me. I've travelled to alot of beautiful places, the Transkei being close to my heart. On my bucket list are the following: to live in the south of france for a year, surf in Australia, see Komodo Dragons in Indonesia, drink dark coffee in Yemen, visit temples in India, jump out of planes in New Zealand, ride on camels in Egypt, to go hand gliding in Costa Rica, play with monkeys in Cambodia and leap-frog around on scooters in Vietnam. I have even managed to volunteer some time in Sri Lanka, with The Families for Children Foundation, mentoring street orphans, a privilege that I dream of.

I've been lucky: I've lived all over this friendly city. I currently enjoy my morning coffee at Mugg and Bean.

Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with lawyers, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting up For Sale boards on lawns and passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I finish my day by coming home to a super supportive Border Collie named Rossi.
