Situated in the Southern Suburbs, Constantia is one of the most popular residential suburbs in Cape Town. The area offers large plots of land and generously-proportioned homes.

A firm favourite with botanists and concert-goers alike, the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are not just a botanical splendour that has to be seen, it is also the setting of the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts.

The area is in close proximity to the University of Cape Town, and some of the top schools in the country including Rondebosch Boys, Rustenberg Girls, SACS, Hershel Girls School, Bishops Diocesan College , Westerford High School and Reddam House.
