Constantia at a glance

Situated in the Southern Suburbs, Constantia is one of the most popular residential suburbs in Cape Town. The area offers large plots of land and generously-proportioned homes.

The peaceful, tree-lined streets of Constantia has established the area is a perfect setting to raise children in and has thus ensured that properties and amenities here are centered around family life.

Constantia, like many of the other areas in the Southern Suburbs, has a strong sense of community. A firm favourite with botanists and concert-goers alike, the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are not just a botanical splendour that has to be seen, it is also the setting of the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts.

Schools in Constantia

The area is in close proximity to the University of Cape Town, and some of the top schools in the country including Rondebosch Boys, Rustenberg Girls, SACS, Hershel Girls School, Bishops Diocesan College , Westerford High School and Reddam House.
